The Light Technologies company completes implementation of an end-to-end system on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 platform and "BIT. Finance" with participation of 1C: Accounting and Trade company integrator (BIT).

Objectives

Growth of business of the company required high-quality development of management systems that is difficult at their raznoplatformennost, functional improvement of one system required completion another, at the same time data exchange mechanisms between them could change.

The team of IT specialists of Light Technologies defined criteria for evaluation of offers on activity automation among which: extremely implementation deadlines - 7 months; individual development according to business processes of the enterprise; converting of data from several accounting systems to start operation; providing the project with the qualified resources in enough, and other.

This solution was preceded by the list of subjects of business process automation with indication of an opportunity (or impossibility) automation by means of a standard configuration and also determination of an order of implementation of works on completion and start of the upgraded system in commercial operation.

Finance" is created the information system of financial planning, corporate accounting and the reporting which integrated in itself data of all divisions and branches of the company in the territory of Russia, at the same time a product "BIT. Finance" thanks to "seamless" integration completely replaced with himself all financial block "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management".

Result

In a project deliverable the quality of planning and control of production of products at all stages of production process increased. Operational intake of materials and component parts is organized. The quality of management of an assortment portfolio of the enterprise increased. In a system 650 employees work.
