The KINOMAKS company deploys the solution of management of restaurants in movie theater chain "ASTOR: Network of restaurants", at the same time implementing the module "ASTOR: General financial management".

Solution

Improving quality of work of conceptually different restaurants in network, the KINOMAKS company automated a number of the major business processes by means of an industry management system "ASTOR: Network of restaurants" and specialized module "ASTOR: General financial management". The company reported about it on September 17, 2012 on the page of a corporate resource.

Result

As a result of implementation of software products ASTOR the company management had an opportunity:

  • To manage quickly pricing, production, stocks, sales
  • To manage on a centralized basis the discount systems
  • Make different types of process charts (the enclosed dishes, the table of analogs, maintaining history and so forth)
  • Consider a broad spectrum of nomenclature units: dishes, ingredients, services, etc.
  • It is effective to monitor work of suppliers and personnel
  • Manage KINOMAKS movie theater chain on the centers of the financial responsibility, using separation of access rights to financial information
  • Carry out monitoring of receivables and payables
  • Perform setup of own formats of the budget and many other things.

Project Development

On December 6, 2013 the Astor data center company announced opening on November 29, 2013 of new movie theater - "Kinomax Ufa", in KINOMAKS movie theater chain.

"Kinomax Ufa" works at the ERP system "ASTOR: The network of restaurants" and already accepts the first visitors.

Are automated by a complex ERP system accounting:

  • Operational and warehouse,
  • Accounting,
  • Tax,
  • Financial.

The program includes several subsystems which are among themselves interconnected and help joint work of all users of a system with control and inventory management, pricing, sales, production, marketing, relationship with partners and other processes.
