Zhilstroysberbank of Kazakhstan begins updating of the EDMS system with a product from IBM

BSNB RK corporation implements the project in Zhilstroysberbank of Kazakhstan for improvement of corporate document flow.

In 2006 Zhilstroysberbank of Kazakhstan brought into operation an electronic document management system on the Lotus Notes\Domino 6 IBM platform. About 1000 employees of the central office and 18 regional branches became its users. Implementation of EDMS considerably reduced use of paper documents in the company, helped to arrange and optimize processing of requests and memos. Migration on the version of IBM of Lotus Notes\Domino 8.5 became a new step in development of a system.

With transition to the new version they got access to the improved interface for work with tasks, contacts, documents" — Amankeldi Sadvakasov, the acting director of DIT JSC Zhilstroysberbank of Kazakhstan emphasized.
