The new conference room of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz LLC conforms to the highest requirements

The DELIGHT 2000 company constructed the hi-tech audiovisual environment in a conference room of Mezhregiongaz company.

Goal

The head office of Mezhregiongaz company controls and coordinates work of 49 regional companies and their branches in 69 regions of the Russian Federation. An important element of work of office - a meeting and a meeting at the high level. At construction of the new body of head office of Mezhregiongaz, there was a question of equipping of the designed conference room on 40-45 of people.

For creation of technical specifications of GOST meeting all requirements, accomplishment of project works and release of the work documentation attracted DELIGHT 2000 company.

Solution

The contractor supplied the necessary equipment and systems, and specialists carried out mounting and balancing and commissioning of display systems, a soundtrack, the integrated management, VKS, conference communication, video surveillances, equipping of the hardware room from where control of all complex is exercised.

Within the project two premises are equipped: a conference room on 40-45 people and the hardware room where the mounting equipment cabinet and the operator's place are placed.

Details

The main displays of a video information in the hall are two large-format plasma display panels Panasonic TH-65PF11RK with high resolution of Full HD (1920x1080) and with a diagonal of 65". As duplicative means of display the LCD monitors located on a table of the hall of meetings with screen 19 diagonal', in number of 21 units are used.

Three managed PTZ HD video cameras of Sony installed ceiling provide video filming of the acting participant and a general view of the hall. This video can be broadcast on screens of plasma display panels or LCD displays of delegates, register (as video recording of meetings), to come to the canal of a video conferencing and also to an equipment room and to the head's office for ensuring monitoring of actions.

Important element of the audiovisual environment is the system of a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING) constructed on the basis of the video codec of Polycom of HDX 8000. It allows to contact in real time any remote point, even being for thousands of kilometers. The video codec of Polycom used for providing sessions with VKS is expected behavior of multipoint communication sessions.

Result

The DELIGHT 2000 company constructed a full-function, powerful audiovisual complex for a conference room. This project is a bright illustration of that what should be the audiovisual environment providing a covering of all requirements of holding actions at the highest representative level in the large, geographically distributed company.

The created system provides reproduction of the graphic and video information arriving from different sources on the information display equipment; holding sessions of a video conferencing with remote subscribers; audio and video recording of the course of actions; process control and scenarios of display of visual information on the information display equipment; distribution control and broadcasts of a sound.
