The pharmaceutical company "Polisang" passed to Infor LN

Scientific and technology pharmaceutical company "POLISANG" and GMCS company implement the project which result will be an end-to-end system of production management of medicines with completely automated processes of quality control according to requirements of the GMP standards.

The Russia's first similar implementation in pharmaceutical industry is performed based on the latest Infor10 ERP Enterprise platform.

Background

Intensive growth of scales of activity of the pharmaceutical company and continuous complication of business processes updated need of carrying out reengineering and reforming of main engines of resource management of the enterprise. For this purpose the GMCS company is going to create model of integrated solution on the Infor10 ERP Enterprise platform which will integrate in itself saved-up "POLISANG" for the last 20 years experience in the R&D area, productions, promotion and sale of GLS and also industry expertize of GMCS, reported in the corporate blog of integrator on September 19, 2012.

Objectives

Input of a system in operation is planned for January, 2013.

GMCS entering into MAYKOR announced in May, 2014 successful implementation of the information management system based on Infor LN for NTFF "POLISANG". The end-to-end system of management with completely automated processes of quality control of products conforms to requirements of the GMP standard. Thanks to its use "POLISANG" will be able to increase business performance and is successful to compete both on internal, and on world pharmaceutical markets.

Instead of updating the individual preferences of "POLISANG" made during operation creates qualitatively new system, using enhanced capabilities of functionality of Infor LN. The GMCS company was involved in these works.

"POLISANG" is available the following functionality on the new Infor LN platform: production management and production planning, warehouse, logistics, sales. There were enhanced capabilities for management of specialized functions (for example, accounting of overalls, management of promotional materials). Also new business processes – treasury and management of service (maintenance of engineering and technology equipment) are implemented. A is also executed reforming of the accounting system of the customer and opportunities for transition to the management reporting according to IFRS are put.
