The LENSTROYMONTAZH LLC company completed the implementing solution VOGBIT and on September 19, 2012 through the blog by developers of a product summed up the results of an initial stage of operation. As the contractor in an implementation project the CI Es Development company acted.

- Materials from a warehouse moved according to requests from production. Periodically, suddenly, as a rule "on Friday evening", there was a deficit of metal rolling under the current urgent deliveries of constructions. Understand that where and when got to, there is no time any more. In emergency mode missing metal rolling was bought.
- Works on sections and posts were distributed by masters. At first the simplest became and profitable, then in emergency mode with output and overtime works what is necessary on contractual delivery dates "was beaten out".
- Regulation and compensation were organized by "tons". At the same time works in production secretly were divided into "good" and "bad". "Bad", naturally, were postponed until the last. As a result, the order could appear on the verge of failure because of some left unfinished trifle which got to category of "uninteresting" work. As a result – the salary is in full paid to workers, and at the exit we have growing "nezavershyonka", permanent threat of failure to meet time constraints, additional costs, and a headache in communication with customers.
- Permanent meetings. Information on production, materials and the personnel only at the operational meetings.
- Account of the arriving documentation was kept manually, maintaining any statistics – manually.
- Preparation of tasks to start works in production took at least several days.
- The production director only owns a situation on production. At a disease and dismissal inventory for updating of a status of orders is required.

- Issue of materials goes to production only under the real current task created in PTO.
- Works go strictly on individual replaceable tasks. Nothing "is lost", "gets stuck" in production.
- In VOGBIT automatic regulation on normo-hours is made. Works ceased to be divided into "good" and "bad". Any work is paid correctly now. Depending on complexity and what posts at the same time are really involved and what are not present. Several months ago we began to use already more fully possibilities of VOGBIT for work with tasks and we can now control normative and actual digits in the program. Only for the last month we received growth of production efficiency of 20%.
- All information of on-line. Holding meetings does not make sense. there is no need to spend working time on confused "small parties" if all participants of production process work in unified information environment.
- Instant grouping of information on the arrived documentation on date, group of constructions, difficulties, to mounting catches, etc. Now, communicating with customers by phone, directly in the course of the conversation of on-line the necessary reports are under construction on the screen: when what documentation arrived, in what status now that in production when it is started, etc. First, it is simply very convenient. Secondly, there are no general phrases: "everything, not all, we try to execute, it is necessary to look, I will specify on production". There was an opportunity precisely and reasonably to answer any question on a current status of the order, for this purpose it is not necessary to look for anybody, to collect, to learn, etc.
- We take drawings from the file hosting service of the designer in the morning. Quickly we enter data from them into VOGBIT and we receive the list of materials under today's task. We print the request for a warehouse of materials. During the working day while materials undergo cleaning, the technologist manages to work technical processes in VOGBIT and to normalize labor input. We receive from the program ready tasks for production with normo-hours. In a second shift a task already in work, production is provided with material, we will open for procurement section, drawings and replaceable tasks. Time for everything – 1 working shift.
- Transfer of changes does not exist. The master who is taking up change, a beret the current replaceable tasks. The production director is busy with employee administration, control of technology and product quality.

We perfectly did without the inspections which are often imposed in such cases, development of terms of reference, services of consultants, a large number of business trips and so forth.
