Angarsk polymer plant (Galaktika Management of manufacturing enterprise)

Choosing a Solution: Specialists of the enterprise carried out deep market research of management systems of FHD, for acquaintance with experience of carrying out automation of FHD the trip of specialists of the plant to JSC Syzran Refinery was organized. After studying of their opportunities as a basis of the new information management system by the enterprise by specialists of the plant selected the Galaktika ERP system. As the contractor on implementation of an information system the Galaktika Corporation acted.

Solution: Creation of a new management system was carried out in three directions:

• management of finance and logistics, inventory control;
• payroll;
• accounting.

The project on creation of the automated control system for the enterprise started in June, 2002. Works on all three directions were conducted in parallel and were almost complete by December, 2003.

Result Start of the Galaktika ERP system in commercial operation for JSC Angarsk Polymer Plant provided:

• possibility of maintaining uniform base of the normative reference information;
• accounting of operations on purchase, movement, implementation of MTR, rendering and consumption of services;
• accounting of the movement of means of payment of the enterprise;
• personnel records, accounting of settlings with personnel;
• accounting and tax accounting;
• calculation of planned and actual cost of GP;
• planning of terms of a stop of the equipment on TORO, input of the equipment in work
• accounting of the capital investments of the enterprise
• planning and accounting of operation of transport
• timely obtaining reliable and consistent information about financial and economic activity of the enterprise.

Use at the enterprise of the Galaktika ERP enterprise management system, allowed:

• reduce the volume of illiquid assets in warehouses;
• reduce the amount of arrears;
• provide timely formation of accounting and tax statements, increase reliability and terms of preparation of the other reporting
• control an order of application of funds on construction, upgrade, reconstruction.
• reduce equipment downtimes under repair.
