iTender Ukraine

At the end of September, 2012 the Fogsoft company provided to the market a line of the new software solutions created especially for Ukraine — the electronic marketplaces (EM) on the iTender platform: "State procurements", Business, Bankruptcy and Distrained property.

The market of Ukraine grows, as well as requirements of the companies for improvement of the business processes. The expert also added that Ukraine has a unique opportunity to avoid a large number of the errors and "reefs" allowed at market grouping.

The iTender electronic trading system provided to Fogsoft for Ukraine in its four variations allows to carry out trade procedures according to the existing Ukrainian legislation "About the electronic digital signature" and supports work with the cryptoproviders conforming to the DSTU 4145-2002 standard. A system provides a broad set of standard trade procedures: auctions and tenders, public offers, requests for proposals and requests for quotations (quotations). Trade procedures can be open and closed on the list of participants, from the submission of the price offer opened and closed by a form. Holding multi-stage trade procedures, procedures with preliminary qualification is supported.

The solution "Business" is intended for tendering on the Internet by the commercial organizations. On the basis of this solution development of personal electronic platforms, both for the small companies, and for big corporate customers of Ukraine is possible. The platform will work according to the existing business processes of the company. According to the director of the tender Ua-Tenders.com portal Oleg Vernigor, for the strategic enterprises and natural monopolists and also other large enterprises of Ukraine, creation of own electronic marketplace "iTender Business" will be especially relevant.

The platform "State procurements" is intended for carrying out purchases by the organizations falling under the law "About Implementation of Public Procurements" by means of application of the procedure of an electronic reverse auction. Holding a trade procurement procedure in this electronic trading system completely conforms to requirements of the Law of Ukraine of June 1, 2010 No. 2289-VI "About implementation of public procurements".

Within the law of Ukraine "About Recovery of Solvency of the Debtor or Recognition by His Bankrupt", the Bankruptcy system, allows to automate works on carrying out insolvency proceedings and also to achieve optimization of this process by decrease in total costs. This solution is directed to creation of the most effective and transparent trade procedures. Added to Fogsoft that according to own authoritative source, in Ukraine the new law prepares, kotoryyobyazht to carry out procedures for implementation of property of debtors for bankruptcy electronically.

The Distrained property electronic trading system developed by specialists of Fogsoft is the solution for implementation of the seized and mortgage property by financial institutions and a distrained property by the specialized organizations of Ukraine.
