VKGTU of D. Serikbayev starts an EDMS implementation project

Namip Group and its affiliated enterprise "End-to-end Information Systems" began an EDMS Directum implementation project at the East Kazakhstan state technical university of D. Serikbayev.

Objectives

To increase efficiency of the university, its internal processes, the decision on automation of a management system for document flow and interaction was made. The management of VKGTU of D. Serikbayev after consideration of different options, made the choice for benefit of EDMS Directum, having functionality, necessary for the solution of assigned tasks.

On a preliminary stage, according to the results of the analysis of organization activity, Directum Standard delivery option was selected. Specialists of End-to-end Information Systems company, after carrying out the analysis of organization activity, developed technical specifications which modules entered: "Classical office-work", Contract management, Management of meetings, Web access, and also integration with the accounting system.

Result

As a result of joint work of Namip Group and its affiliated enterprise "End-to-end Information Systems", the university will receive a full-fledged management system which will help to improve internal processes of the university, to increase document flow speed, having made it more transparent and controlled.
