Management of Federal service on a defense order of the Northwestern Federal District buys licenses EDMS E1 Euphrates

The St. Petersburg management of Federal Defense Order Service signed the agreement with Cognitive Technologies on purchase of licenses of an electronic document management system of E1 Euphrates, the developer company on the page of a corporate resource reported on September 18, 2012.

Purposes and plans

Activity of Management means processing of a large number of documents. For this reason the administration of the department made the decision on implementation of electronic document management.

For the staff of management the presentation during which specialists of Cognitive Technologies showed functionality of E1 system Euphrates and showed is held, it is how simple and setup of a system and creation of routes of the movement of documents in it are expedited.

It is expected that in the project progress process of registration of the entering and outgoing documents will be automated and also the possibility of differentiation of access rights to documents depending on degree of their importance and confidentiality is implemented.
