Choosing a Solution

As a result of studying of a situation in the regional market and acquaintance with experience of a number of the enterprises, as a basis of the new information management system the enterprise selected the Galaktika ERP system. As the contractor on implementation of an information system the RKIT Group company which specialists have long-term experience on automation of management accounting acted.

Solution

Creation of an end-to-end system was going to be carried out in several steps. As the first stage the most problem division – the Stroymekhanization complex (KSM) was selected. Further it was necessary to construct the system of management accounting and the reporting in other divisions of the enterprise. In general the following functional units were selected:

1. System of management accounting and reporting of a complex of construction mechanization 2. System of management accounting and reporting of the plant of concrete goods 3. System of management accounting and reporting of the plant of building constructions 4. System of management accounting and reporting of a construction complex 5. System of comprehensive planning of production and finance 6. System of accounting and reporting 7. Administration of an end-to-end information system

The project on creation of the automated control system for the enterprise began in April, 2008. Works on all stages were conducted consistently that allowed to make use of the accumulated experience of the previous stages when implementing projects in other divisions and, thus, to reduce risks and to provide more comfortable adaptation of staff of the enterprise. At the moment the work on automation of the plant of building constructions is completed. KSM and the concrete goods plant are in a stage of commercial operation. There is a preparation for the next stages which are going to be conducted at the same time.

Result

Start of the Galaktika ERP system in commercial operation in divisions of JSC Sibaviastroy provided:

1. Uniform information base on planning and accounting of resources, control of their target use and execution of plans;
2. the Possibility of operational comparison of planned and actual targets, solution of the problem of a delay up to 3 months on providing actual data;
3. Jobs of heads - use of data of an end-to-end information system for development and acceptance of high-quality management decisions;
4. Liquidation of duplication of accounting transactions;
5. Automation of procedures of formation of plans, requirements, managerial and accounting reports;
6. Interchangeability of employees;
7. Reducing costs of time of managers, economists, accountants for processing of accounting and planned data.
