Solution

Process of system implementation the Galaktika ERP went according to the scheme fulfilled as a part of Syktyvkar timber industry complex. First of all adjusted a management system for document flow on all enterprise, the vital processes were automated:

• the logistics management including solving of tasks of order management of clients, managements of supply, an inventory control;
• managements of finance of the enterprise, including accounting and tax accounting;
• personnel management and payroll.

Is in the further plans of the enterprise – implementation of functionality of management of maintenance and repairs of the equipment, and also project management systems that will allow to exercise operating control, planning and monitoring of results of activity of each division separately and to provide the consolidated information for development of strategic plans on the enterprise in general.
