The main part of works on system implementation "the Monolith is complete : CRM is Mobile trade and services" at the Ukrainian beer and soft drinks plant "Slavutich". As a result the enterprise received a flexible management system for activity of mobile employees and also the tool for the organization of operational interaction with distributors.
The project was begun in November, 2006 with implementation of the functionality providing process of filling of the qualifier of outlets. Web access to a system was also organized and the special gateway for data exchange with the accounting system of distributors is constructed. These measures allowed to organize input in base of different information on a status of outlets, to provide booking and control of task performance, to plan visits. Collected information can be analyzed, including means of OLAP, and is transferred to the central database.
Now more than 70 sales agents of the company use pocket computers with the mobile module of the CRM system for adjustment of information on outlet, filling of questionnaires and order placement of products, accounting and control of use of the leased equipment. All this information is transferred to the central DB of the enterprise.
Using a workplace of the distributor, specially configured and available via the web interface, it is possible to create and receive reports on orders of products outlets. Thanks to the implemented mechanisms of exchange with the CRM system, in the accounting system of distributors data on balance by settlings with clients, shipment by the distributor of products are available to the clients and products remaining balance in the distributor's warehouse now.
