Astrophysics of NGO (Advanced Manufacturing Management)

In January, 2012 Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Astrofizika and Galaktika Corporation began system implementation of management of production processes Galaktika AMM for solving of tasks of automation of technology preparation of production, product data management, to maintaining the normative reference information and the technology description of a product.

The purpose of creation of a system is reduction of time of mastering of production of new products, maintaining the uniform reference book of the normative reference information, the translation of paper technical documentation in an electronic format, and also reduction of time of process of preparation for an acceptance procedure of the executed orders military acceptance at the expense of a possibility of fast formation and providing a packet of Gostirovanny reports on finished products.

The solution allows the enterprise to solve a number of key problems, the tasks facing its department of design and production.

Now using a system Galaktika AMM at the enterprise following features are implemented:

• maintaining normative reference information;
• maintaining structures of difficult products, consumption rates of materials;
• work with editions of structures;
• input of regulations of labor input on parts and assembly units;
• maintaining step-by-step routes of production of parts and assembly units;
• maintaining on parts and assembly units of an intershop route of production;
• accounting and management of notifications on change;
• receiving report forms, including Gostirovannykh for a possibility of delivery of the order to military acceptance.

Project deadlines made about 6 months.
