In recent years promptly the service, rather new to the Russian market, – lease of the software or SaaS (software as a service) gains steam. And, despite a certain conservatism of the Russian business in the questions connected with management of accounting and finance, many companies from just starting small businesses to large players of the market of federal level, managed to estimate advantages of lease of business applications.

And if the first initially here are attracted by significant savings (there is no need to invest hundreds of thousands of rubles in the modern server hardware and acquisition of a licensed software), then in a case with big and branched structures everything is slightly more interestingly.

We can consider one of such situations on the example of JSC ROSNO-MC — the organization which is among the largest companies in the market of Russia which are successfully operating in the industry of health insurance. Considering territorial remoteness of branches of the company, periodically there was a number of the objective difficulties preventing consolidation of credentials. The decision on an output of technical maintenance to "cloud" outsourcing and search of the partner in this sphere was made. The choice for benefit of Ofis24 company fell not accidentally: it became one of the first partners of 1C Company in the SaaS segment and several years provides to the customers the qualified services in lease of the software of 1C and other business applications on own server framework. As a result, specialists of "Ofis24" developed the offer on creation of the cloud information system meeting requirements of employees in all branches of JSC "ROSNO-MC". Besides, a system had to solve a problem of consolidation of data for their analysis and formation of different forms of the reporting.

This server framework allows its users not to worry for safety of own information. Service is constructed based on technologies of Microsoft where as the operating system Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP2 is used, successfully undergone certification of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC of Russia). Certificate No. 2181 of FSTEC of 9/30/2010 certifies that Windows Server 2008 R2 in editions "Standard", "Enterprise" and "Datacenter" can be used during creation of automated systems to a class of security 1G inclusive that provides the necessary high level of data protection. "Any information transferred via the Internet when using our service, is ciphered. Remote access to data is organized via the intermediate gateway (TS Gateway) which provides authentication and enciphering of traffic. The certification center which issued to us the certificate is the GlobeSSL company", - Stepan Matrenin, the senior system administrator of Ofis24 company says.

Setup and system deployment from beginning to end it was carried out far off and took less than one business week that is unique speed for such branched structure. As a result, thanks to carrying out of information base in a cloud, specialists of all branches of the company had an opportunity to keep business and tax accounting far off, in a single system, from any computer having connection about the Internet, and everyone with the access level to base. This extremely convenient solution is implemented, in particular, thanks to placement of all information on industrial equipment in modern data center which is serviced and protected round the clock 365 days in a year. The accepted package of measures allowed customer company to focus on the business and not to spend excess temporary and money resources for maintenance of operability of a corporate information system, its service, updating, etc. Moreover, the problems arising in separate branches are solved quickly and do not require an accounting stop in all company.

According to the chief of information service JSC ROSNO-MC Kilyakov A. N.: "A new system allowed to standardize accounting in branches and to solve problems with formation of the summary reporting in parent organization that significantly reduced loading of staff of finance and economics department". During the project 20 branches of the company were transferred to "clouds".
