At the RERZ Rostov plant the video surveillance system and the video analysis is implemented

Reality

The project is implemented within planned upgrade of security systems. The implemented system significantly increases possibilities of security systems of an object and efficiency of their use. A system has potential of the "smart" analysis of the video image allowing to select instantly the moments and objects necessary to the user. The modern security technology on the basis of video analytics repeatedly increased efficiency of use of the existing systems of security video surveillance and completely met expectations of the plant.

Solution

According to the head of the engineering systems of the company of R.V.S. Daniil Yurevich, "the system of video analytics works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and excludes a factor of human risk. At the same time system implementation does not require change of the old equipment with new - the Customer just has new features. The system installed by us is completely compatible to the security systems and the equipment practically of all producers. Certainly, new video cameras of own development provided indicators, unique on characteristics. However in this project the video cameras, both old analog cameras, and modern network IP video cameras which are already available for the Customer were used. Our system allowed "pick up" both that and others and reach at the same time the tasks set by the Customer. At the same time there was not only a new functionality, but also the quality of the image received from analog cameras increased".
