The national archive of the Republic of Khakassia began an EDMS implementation project

The Republic of Khakassia within 10 years implements the project of transition to completely paperless document flow based on EDMS Matter (EOS Group company) in the state and municipal bodies. The current year became for Khakassia year of automation of the organization which is responsible for the last stage of "lifecycle" of documents. The decision on implementation of EDMS "DELO" was made by National archive of the Republic of Khakassia".

In State governmental agency "National Archive" 23 employees who conduct huge research, information and cultural and educational work work today. The archive also performs providing public services – solves queries of citizens for providing social and legal (personal) and thematic character to information.

Dusty regiments, dark curtains, grids on lamps and gray-haired old women (old men) inclined over papers – such picture arises in consciousness at a word "archive", isn't that so? In National archive of Khakassia it not so: here modern software solutions which will be able to make work of organization of more accurate and satisfying need of inhabitants of the Republic function.
