The center of state examination of St. Petersburg implements control over the movement of documents on RFID tags

ELAR corporation created and implemented a software and hardware complex of accounting of the movement of documents in the Center of state examination of St. Petersburg (SPb GAU "TsGE").

Solution

The system of accounting of the movement of documents on the basis of RFID (technology of radio frequency identification) allowed to automate registration, search and issue of documents, their return to applicants, registration of document transfer between experts and other procedures. The majority of actions of experts and applicants are executed through self service stations now that allowed to lower considerably load of the divisions which are engaged in accounting of transactions with documents. Besides, reduction of time for search and access to documents considerably promotes that in SPb GAU "TsGE" will be observed with guarantee the normative terms allotted for examination of documentation on construction.

Result

Process optimization of processing of the project documentation of capital construction provided for examination in SPb to GAU "TsGE" became a project deliverable.
