The Terrasoft group started the project of process automation of customer service for "Jupiter Vianna Inshurans Group" insurance company, the press service of integrator reported on September 27, 2012. Implementation solution BPMonline CRM.

Start

In August, 2012 SK "Jupiter" makes the decision on implementation of the CRM system for customer service quality improvement. The choice for benefit of BPMonline CRM of Terrasoft Group became result of multiple factor analysis of offers of the similar systems in the Ukrainian market. The solution was influenced by such advantages of the BPMonline CRM platform as broad functionality, additional abilities to manage business processes, the high level of flexibility and a possibility of independent setup.

Deployment

The first stage of the project starting on September 18, 2012 includes process automation of service of the existing clients. As a part of basic functionality the platform provides convenient tools for the systematized collection of data on clients and the subsequent their processing using the built-in analytic functions. Implementation of the first stage will provide automation of work with clients, than will help to increase the level of repeated payments.

"In hard conditions for the country we see real ways of SK 'Jupiter' on increase in sales volume by stimulation of repeated payments. In particular, we see special sense in a qualitative response to requests of the clients wishing to continue the program, but experiencing temporary financial difficulties. Therefore decided to strengthen this direction, having entrusted Terrasoft companies the solution of this of a task, thin, difficult, but typical for all market", - Ruslan Vasyutin, the chairman of the board of SK "Jupiter Vianna Inshurans Group" commented on the project.

Expectations

At the second stage of the project it is going to configure the platform for system work with sales associates. The possibility of receiving additional tools for attraction and customer service will be unique advantage of the CRM system of Terrasoft to partners of SK "Jupiter".

Implementation of a professional CRM system will give the chance of the company to considerably increase loyalty level to the company and to become the legislator of high standards of customer service.

Project Results

On November 7, 2013 the Terrasoft group announced project completion of implementation of BPMonline CRM in Jupiter Vienna Insurance Group insurance company.

"We were faced by a task to automate our difficult business processes of customer service with which we perfectly coped. Cooperation with Terrasoft expanded our horizons in business process automation understanding.
