STC Voice Monitor

"Center of Speech Technologies" (CST) presented in September, 2012 a new solution of STC Voice Monitor based on speech technologies which allows the company to control over information leaks in the voice channel. Thanks to technologies of search key words in an audio stream, recognitions of subjects and identification of the personality on a voice it is possible to conduct monitoring of the voice channel automatically.

The company InfoWatch and "Center of speech technologies" presented in the fall of 2012 the joint solution for the automated control of observance of security policy when using means of a voice communication. The solution is focused on specialists of services of information and economic safety, inspection departments of quality, service divisions. The main idea of integration - a combination of advantages of a DLP system InfoWatch Traffic Monitor Enterprise and a monitoring system of the voice channel STC Voice Monitor.

Until recently voice communications were actually uncontrollable channel of communication. Corporate systems of protection, including the DLP solution, could not provide prevention of leak of crucial data if these data were transmitted by voice during the sessions of video conferences, telephone negotiations using stationary and mobile phones, through Skype.

Integration of developments of InfoWatch and "The center of speech technologies" allows "close" this channel. Voice traffic registers means of STC Voice Monitor. Further a system will transform it to the text, looks for the key word set by the general security policies, defines subject and the author of the message. Then voice traffic returns to InfoWatch Traffic Monitor Enterprise in the form of the text. A DLP system means of linguistics analyzes the text regarding existence in the transferred messages of confidential information. The copy of traffic (files with control marks – a subject, the author of the message, occurrence of a key word) remains in InfoWatch Traffic Monitor storage (Forensic Storage).

The software solution STC Voice Monitor is built in corporate infrastructure, is compatible to the communication equipment of leading manufacturers – Cisco, Juniper, Avaya.
