Single Electronic Trading Platform (SETP) (E1 Euphrates)

On September 27, 2012 in Tyumen the international congress "Olympic Games of IT Solutions" on which experience of system implementation of electronic document management "E1 Euphrates" was provided to JSC "Unified electronic marketplace" started.

The development director of JSC "Unified electronic marketplace" Danila Oleynik told about business process automation of the company using Cognitive Technologies technologies. The first and main queue of implementation of E1 Euphrates was fully completed in September, 2011. Within the project the general document flow and office-work and also all conventional and specific business processes was automated. In particular, processes of issue of inventory items, processings of requests for making changes in the trading system, issues of the electronic digital signature to the staff of the organization, opening of access to information systems of the company and many others were automated. Besides, within the project with the help of Customer Relationship Management System system module \E1 Euphrates" there was completely an automated management of sales and customer interaction. The CRM module was integrated with the JSC UEMP trading system that allowed to load automatically data on the electronic auctions held by customers into E1 and on the basis of it to build reports for work of department of sales and also to estimate motivation of managers and partners in involvement of customers. Also personnel document flow regarding acceptance and dismissal of employees, change of a salary and a position and other processes was completely automated. By recognition of the Head of Department of implementation and support of Cognitive Technologies Denis Skirda, "the project implemented based on UEMP was one of the most interesting for all our practice".

Also the representative of operator of electronic biddings raised the question of use of other Cognitive Technologies technologies. So, the solution on mass input of forms is used by JSC UEMP Certification center when processing requests for release of the electronic digital signature for participation in biddings. And the Compressimo software product allowing to perform scanning, recognition and preserving in a compressed size in the PDF \a format is a part of a starting set of the bidder of "Starteltorg".

Among rapporteurs of the congress also the head of sales of the software of Cognitive Technologies Mikhail Potapenko who told about cooperation with other companies, features of implementation of electronic document management systems and advantages of work with the E1 Euphrates system acted.

The congress "Olympic Games of IT Solutions" passed in Tyumen for the first time, but already managed to attract the interest of top managers of the Russian and foreign companies. The main objective of the congress – to tell participants about successful examples of use of IT solutions for creation of effective infrastructure of the organization.
