JSC VNIPIneft is the leading Russian engineering company in the field of a neftegazoperabotka of petrochemistry and chemistry. For today it has one of the most developed information management systems the enterprise in the industry.
The examination conducted by specialists of Advanta Group showed need of further development of a project management information system regarding the organization of a common information space between project participants.
It will allow to provide better coordination of designers at the arising changes, and, thereby, to reduce costs for adjustments of the project documentation.
Requirements to the integrated project management system and also, within trial operation were as a result defined, the Advanta system is started in work. Thus, the management and the staff of the enterprise will be able to estimate possibilities of instruments of joint work at management of a test project in a new information system.
