Government of Sverdlovsk region (Advant)

Advanta Group brought into operation the Electronic Sverdlovsk Region portal – www.u2020.ru intended for project portfolio management of the Government of Sverdlovsk region. The Ministry of Economics of Sverdlovsk region acted as the initiator of creation of the portal.

Increase in efficiency of the Ministry of Economics in a part was the purpose of the created portal at the first stage:

works on the strategy of development for Sverdlovsk region; project portfolio management of the Ministry of Economics; remote interaction and coordination of participants of the portal during the work on projects and actions of the Ministry of Economics. As a basis for creation of the portal the Advanta system spoke on behalf of Advanta Group company. In general project implementation took two months.

Within the first month specialists of Advanta Group on the instructions of Department of the investment attraction customized a system for maintaining information on investment projects and platforms, initiators and investors. After training of a pilot user group a system was brought into trial operation.

Along with the beginning of trial operation setup of a system was made for other departments of the Ministry of Economics and training of their employees. As a result on the termination of the second month of work of the portal the number of users exceeded 270 people, at the same time every week on it was registered on average in 50 new users.

At the moment all staff of the Ministry of Economics of Sverdlovsk region, the Governor and Ministers of Sverdlovsk region, Members of the commission on upgrade and technology development of economy of Sverdlovsk region (owners and the CEOs of the largest enterprises of the region), Heads and representatives of municipal entities are connected to the portal.

The portal was submitted on commission session on upgrade and technology development of economy of Sverdlovsk region. At the request of the Governor of Sverdlovsk region Alexander Misharin, the Electronic Sverdlovsk Region portal should become the effective management tool.
