L-BIS

The information system L-BIS is intended for integrated management of office-work of the following organizations:

Structure of the IC L-BIS

The IC L-BIS consists of 6 subsystems:

• Accommodation – armoring of places and resettlement of clients, calculation of the cost of living for all types of clients (individual clients, travel agencies, insurance companies, corporate clients, etc.) and administrative services.
• Treatment – medical care (the doctor, the nurse), laboratory diagnostics, registration and creation of medical documents.
• Rehabilitation – planning and holding medical and improving procedures and velness-services to clients.
• A power supply and inventory control – management of warehouses, restaurants, dining rooms and also power supply regulation.
• Management information system – an end-to-end system for operational monitoring and control of its working capacity and efficiency, observance of the determined norms and a full support of a management and marketing activity.

Integration of the IC L-BIS – ability to integrate the IC L-BIS with systems and devices of the third parties, communication with an economic information system, with a card system and with a system for control of an input (e.g., tourniquets), with registration cash desks and the telephone centers.

Above the stated subsystems are divided further into different operational modules for the solution of specific tasks. The description of different modules is specified further.
