Irmast-holding completes implementation of e-document flow technology

The company Namip implements an implementation project EDMS Directum in closed joint stock company "IRMAST-HOLDING" what the press service of the company integrator announced on October 2, 2012.

Solution

The project on implementation of EDMS Directum is open in August, 2012. As system provider of electronic document management was vybranagk Namip.

Specialists conduct examination of internal processes of the company which result was a drawing up technical specifications. Within the project on automation of internal document flow of IRMAST-HOLDING Ltd company, it is going to set 50 basic licenses of the Directum system which include the following modules and components: "Contract management", "Management of meetings and to meetings", Office, Web access, and also integration with the accounting system.

On March 29, 2013 the department of e-document flow of the contractor announced project completion on implementation of electronic document management of Directum in IRMAST-HOLDING Ltd.

During the project business processes of the company were optimized, work with the entering and outgoing, organizational and administrative and internal documents is simplified. Specialists of the contractor carried out development and deployment of the account register of the company with a search capability of documents on a payment date. At the last stages of implementation specialists provided user training to work in a system.

Unconditional result

The project is finished in March, 2013 fully. Implementation of the DIRECTUM ESM-system allowed to accelerate document flow of the company, to make transparent processes of its monitoring and management.
