Digital Design has developed a new Archival Records Management solution, implemented on the DocsVision 4.5 platform. "Archival records management" was developed taking into account all the requirements of the Federal Archival Agency (Rosarchiv), which regulates the characteristics of such systems. Building the application is based on the IT integrator's experience in creating electronic archives based on the DocsVision platform in various companies and government organizations. Within the framework of "Archival Records Management," a general structure for building and maintaining a web storage is formed, which is suitable for automating these processes, regardless of the scope of the company.
