Management of informatization of Krasnodar Krai (The Corporate portal - projects of upgrade)

From September 20 to September 23 within the XI International investment forum "Sochi-2012" SUE KK Centre informatsionnykh tekhnology and Management of informatization of Krasnodar Krai for the first time publicly submitted the working portal "Open Government" of Krasnodar Krai. Joint development of I-Teco company and Kubnet LLC was placed at the demonstration stand which is switched on in the general exposure of an action.

The Open Government portal — one of the state pilot projects in the field of the IT directed to increase in level of transparency and ensuring free information exchange between the power and society, activation of participation of inhabitants in preparation and implementation of decisions of public authorities, improvement of quality and availability of the public and municipal services, development of civil control and creation of the unified information system of Open government. On the portal citizens can discuss bills, estimate quality and availability of public services, to vote for priorities in the current activity of regional and municipal administrations, to complain of illegal construction. The separate section is devoted to an initiative "Open data" — uniform publishing point in a machine-readable format of databases and static information for executive power, subordinated organizations, the public and commercial organizations.
