At the Penza pedagogical university of V.G. Belinsky IT solution New university on the software platform "PARUS 8" is implemented, the press service of Parus corporation reported on October 4, 2012. The project and implementation were performed by the company a New system.

Results

Accounting of contractual relations and financial transactions with students and tenants is automated. Specialists of management of accounting and financial control had an opportunity to work quickly with an agreement base, to predict charges and payment on students, to obtain statistical financial information.

Work of selection committee in an information system is implemented via the Web interface. Application of the "thin" client allowed to reduce costs for software for 20 jobs of technical secretaries and to increase capacity of selection committee, significantly having reduced labor input of processing of statements of entrants. Responsible secretaries had an opportunity to quickly analyze the course of a receiving campaign and to make decisions on filling of budget and commercial places. Interaction of a system with the AIS FBS USE for reconciliation of information on certificates of the USE is provided (in batch mode). Thanks to integration mechanisms of a system information on the agreements signed with first-year students at once is available to accountant officers.

Implementation of the module Dean's offices allowed to automate the most important process of accounting of the movement of the student's contingent. Work of secretaries and methodologists of dean's offices of all 10 faculties is organized using Web technologies: each dean's office "on site" creates the unified forms of orders and orders approved with legal management; orders are automatically transferred to office on registration then changes are reflected in the general database. Thus, the relevance of the data on the student's contingent necessary for work for specialists of management of accounting and financial control, management of the personnel is provided.

There was an opportunity to quickly provide data samplings on different requests of internal and external users. Loading of all data on students allowed to automate calculation of grants. Accounting and control processes in management of the university hostel are completely automated.

Now active work on workflow automation of university based on software PARUS is continued. Implementation of electronic approval of orders of dean's offices of faculties by the vising persons without personal presence of secretaries with paper versions of documents is planned. The staff of service IT-podderzhki of university conducts independent developments of new document forms and report forms.

Functioning in a uniform information field of different divisions of university - financial services, educational and methodical management, selection committee and dean's offices is ensured (all 70 jobs are automated).
