Content

"BIT: The teaching department" solves problems of a teaching department, dean's offices, educational and methodical department of university:

  • formation and storage of personal records of students;
  • import export of curricula to the GosInsp format for passing of accreditation on state standards (check of Federal State Budgetary Institution IMTsA to Shakhty);;
  • accounting of progress, including on the mark and rating system of assessment;
  • formation of the orders regulating learning process: about transfer, assignment, transfer, the approval by that course and theses, etc.;
  • printing of diplomas and annexes to diplomas on forms of the state sample and also such documents, as record books, student ID cards, references of different type, etc.;
  • obtaining the reporting on the number of the students and also deducted and who are on an academic leave;
  • obtaining the reporting on results of delivery of sessions, state examinations, the state certification, protection of theses for academic year, etc.

The program can be used during creation of a personal data information system of any class, additional certification of the solution is not required.

Results of implementation of the program

  • control of compliance of curricula to requirements of standards;
  • control of the movement of the contingent of students;
  • accounting of progress, attendance;
  • the automated formation of orders, sheets, references, forms of the diploma and annex to the diploma, the reporting under students;
  • reporting under employment of graduates.

Personal records of students

  • The personal record of the student forms according to the student, registered in a system, and by data about training which form orders.
  • From the personal record of the student the following information is available: The Full Name, basic education, family composition, data on identity documents, academic year, a rate, faculty, specialty, form of education, the list of the orders issued on the student, etc.
  • Formation of number of the personal record and record book is automated.

Curricula

  • Formation and printing of the academic curricula and also automatic formation on their basis of working curricula is provided. In a system terms of stages of educational process, lists of subject matters on departments are registered, hours by all types of loading on each discipline, semester in which offsets, examinations, course and control are carried out are registered.
  • Existence of obligatory and elective courses, disciplines for choice, disciplines of specialization is considered.
  • The printability of the academic curriculum with breakdown by cycles and components of disciplines is implemented.

Educational process

  • Information on all elements of educational process is stored in a system: faculties, forms of education, training terms, periods of educational process, academic years, specialties, specializations, disciplines, agreements of training, estimates, subjects course and theses, reason of absences, assignment reason, etc.
  • Forms of sheets for input of estimates of students, results of passing state exams and a thesis defense are provided.
  • The system of rating assessment of knowledge is implemented. An opportunity to reckon separate disciplines is given, having exempted the student from their visit if the student studied them before entering a higher education institution in other educational institution. The analysis of results vnutrisemestrovogokontrolya by educational groups is provided. Attendance account is kept.
  • Formation of all orders regulating learning process including on transfer, assignment, transfer, an academic leave, about the approval by that course and theses, about admission to a state exam and protection of final qualification work (is automated at absence at the student of debts), etc.
  • Formation of the examination sheet for fixing in the system of the fact of a repeating an examination of discipline if the student did not pass examination from the first attempt.

Reporting

  • A number of reports is developed for data analysis about students, the number of pupils, estimates (test sessions, examinations, debts, state exams, protection of final qualification works), attendance.
  • As conditions for selection the following values can be set: faculty, specialty, form of education, training program, specialization, type of financing, academic year, rate, semester, group, etc.
