Content

1C Company: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed implementation of an automated system for work of a teaching department at the First state medical university of I.M. Sechenov based on the program "BIT: A teaching department", the specialized solution on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, the company integrator in the corporate blog reported on October 4, 2012.

Solution

In the summer of 2011 1C Company: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) implemented in PMGMU of I.M. Sechenov a system for work of selection committee. Automation of work of a teaching department of university became the next stage of cooperation. It was required to create a single system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform which would simplify interaction of departments of university and information exchange.

1C specialists: The first BIT adapted the program "BIT: A teaching department" to specifics of university, provided user training. Now in a system 15 users work.

Result

Accounting more than 10 thousand students is automated. The program creates the curricula conforming to requirements of the Ministry, orders on students and other documents. Account of progress including on a mark and rating system is kept. Dean's offices could accelerate several times request processing of students on obtaining references and other documents.

Project Results

Data of selection committee are automatically transferred to base of a teaching department. After successful passing by entrants of entrance tests the order on transfer and also personal records of the enlisted students forms. As a result it is not necessary to duplicate information entered by selection committee. Further the complete history of receipt and training of the student, since results of the USE and estimates for entrance examinations is available.

In a system account of progress of students is kept: results of delivery of sessions, state examinations, protection of theses. The mark and rating system of assessment of knowledge at which final assessment of the student depends on his work throughout all semester is implemented. In the program the group of criteria including rubezhny certifications, attendance of occupations, work in a semester, research works of students, etc. forms. Results of students are registered in a system, further it is possible to create the summary reporting on progress.

A system creates the academic and working curricula and does unloading in the Gosinsp format for check of Federal State Budgetary Institution Information and Methodical Center of the Analysis (IMCA) on compliance to state standards.
