Since October 1, 2012 Sberbank-AST Ltd gives to the clients the opportunity of use of an electronic document management system (e-document flow) developed together with Garant company.

In September, 2012 accounting documents (acts and invoices) on collection by the operator of a payment for participation in public electronic auctions were sent to bidders electronically through the Electronic Express system. Bidders can also sign and send to the operator the act of the performed works electronically.

The electronic document with the electronic signature is equivalent to the paper document signed with own hand, he sets authorship and protects document contents from corrections. "The electronic express" allows to transfer instantly to partners agreements and primary documents, invoices and other important business correspondence. Today, several tens of thousands of legally significant electronic documents are transferred to clients of Sberbank-AST Ltd.
