Rusenergosbyt (Submission of requests for RSV)

The hardware and software system "Submission of Requests for RSV" is intended for optimization of operating activities of divisions of Rusenergosbyt LLC during the forming and submission of notifications on the maximum hourly volume of energy consumption in JSC SO UES, price requests for planning of volume of consumption concerning GTP in JSC ATS due to automation of process of formation and sending documents.

Main objectives of development and deployment of the hardware and software system "Submission of Requests for RSV" are:

• reduction of operating costs and optimization of activity of personnel by preparation and sending notifications (model 30308) and requests RSV;
• creation of the uniform centralized data warehouse about the sent notifications and requests RSV;
• integration with the adjacent information systems containing data for formation of notifications and requests RSV.
  
  During implementation of this hardware and software system the following tasks were solved:
• in the automatic mode submission of the prepared notifications and requests RSV, long-term forecasts on the ODU technology websites of SO UES and on marketplace in JSC ATS is executed;
• reliability and safety of transfer of legally significant information via the mail server is ensured and also at the addressing the protected sections of the websites of JSC ATS and JSC SO UES due to use of the EDS functions and enciphering.
