Project Tasks: Within the project the Analysis of Sales analytical application based on the standard RBC Group application including will be developed: the analysis of sales cuts of products, the countries, clients, the markets, managers, the analysis of profitability, contrastive analysis with competitors, the analysis of satisfaction of requests of consumers and PPM.

Further development of a large-format panel for information output about accomplishment of sales plans and also application programming on stock analysis will become a step.

For business process optimization of planning and customer service the company management made the decision on business intelligence system implementation for the analysis of sales and stocks in a distribution network. As the largest enterprise of group — PJSC Gidrosila successfully uses several years the QlikView system for the analysis of productive, financial, purchasing activity, the problem of the choice of the platform and the supplier of the solution did not stand.

Installation of a system, development and deployment of the analytical application according to the comprehensive analysis of sales, the plan-fact analysis, the analysis of a market share and level of customer satisfaction are executed within six weeks. Were data sources for the Analysis of Sales application: the 1C Enterprise system of version 7.7 and the table Excel with sales plans. Data analysis is performed in cuts of clients, goods and their various groupings, producers, sales managers, territories, branches and warehouses.

The developed application allows to obtain the objective information about accomplishment of sales plans, profitability, a market share, pent-up demand, to carry out by ABC-XYZ, PPM, contrastive and transaction analysis, to build ratings, to build forecasts of accomplishment of plans and modeling. Also during the project the RBC Group company helped specialists of Trading house to optimize the normative reference information in the accounting system and to develop KPI of efficiency evaluation of managers. The developed application contains a uniform point of the truth about sales at the enterprise, available to all and integrating data from different sources.
