NPO Mostovik starts optimization of an enterprise management system

The Siberian office INTALEV Group successfully completed the first block of the "Setting (Optimization and Regulation) of a Management System" project in NPO Mostovik, the company integrator reported on October 1, 2012.

Background

In the last seven years the enterprise customer shows a gain for 30-60% therefore it is no wonder that the management system lags behind technology development of business. The management of NPO Mostovik addressed to the Siberian office INTALEV Group behind the solution of a global task – to increase business performance.

Solution

The "Setting (Optimization and Regulation) of a Management System" project in NPO Mostovik began with work on an organization structure of the enterprise.

"Using consultants we browsed it "new view" and now we formalize what was only in a conceptual status earlier – we describe the committees which are available in the company, we make for them regulations", – the deputy CEO of NPO Mostovik Mikhail Fedyaev noted.

At the moment within the project the organization structure of NPO Mostovik is described and also are developed:

  • organization structure of standard service of project management;
  • organization structure of standard SMU;
  • organization structure of financial and economic service NPO Mostovik;
  • organization structure of service of management of mechanization.

Now, having completed the first block, the management of NPO Mostovik carries out training of staff of the company for the forthcoming stages of the project:

  • development of the system of project management;
  • regulation of a system of budget planning;
  • setting of a system of management accounting;
  • regulation of a system of treasury (payment schedule);
  • development of the system of KPI and motivation of heads
  • description of key business processes of the company.
