Mogilyov Anatoly Vladimirovich
Biography
Was born on April 6, 1955 in the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky of the Russian Federation. After the termination of faculty of physics of Slavic teacher training college of Donetsk region worked as the teacher of high school. From 1979 to 1981 served in Armed Forces of the USSR, and after demobilization continued to work as the teacher of physics at Slavic high school No. 18 of Donetsk region.
Since June, 1982 began service in law-enforcement bodies as the local police inspector of inspectorate for affairs of minors of Slavic district department of internal affairs of the ATC of Donetsk region. Afterwards held positions of the operative of department of criminal investigation department, the chief of department of local militia inspectors, departments of criminal investigation department, the deputy chief on operational work of Slavic district department of internal affairs of the ATC of Donetsk region. Since December, 1992 worked as the senior operative on especially important issues of department of internal security of the ATC of Donetsk region.
In 1993 graduated from the Ukrainian academy of internal affairs. From 1995 to 2000 headed Artemovsky city department of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Donetsk region, and from 2000 to 2005 – the Makiivka municipal government of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Donetsk region. In 2007 it is appointed the chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and afterwards the deputy minister – the chief Glavka of militia of the Crimea.
Hrest Slavi is awarded with many departmental awards, including a distinction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Since December, 2007 was at the disposal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. From March, 2010 to November, 2011 the militia major general held a position of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The decree of the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych of 8/23/2011 No. 861/2011 to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine militia lieutenant general Anatoly Mogilyov gives the next special rank – the police colonel general.
On November 8, 2011 it is appointed the Chairman of the board of ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
