The House company automates normative accounting using technology implementation

Specialists of 1C:VDGB company automated accounting of Svoy Dom LLC on 1C: Enterprise platform.

Solution

For automation of accounting activity the directorate of Svoy Dom LLC selected program 1C: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC. The software installation was carried out by specialists of "1C:VDGB".

The product suits the company as considers all specific features of activity of the enterprises which resolve the issues anyway connected with housing and communal services. The functionality of the program allows to solve such specific problems as flexible determination of services and methods of their calculation, distribution of payment between services, formation of the specialized reporting and also many other disputed issues.

Result

In a project deliverable some aspects of activity of Svoy Dom LLC are automated, in particular:

• material accounting;
• inventory control;
• accounting of transactions with money;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• salary accrual;
• application of any tax modes (the STS, an UIIT, the normal system of taxation, SP) and transition from one tax regime to another in working base in several minutes.
