In the fall of 2012 there was a free version of the PayDox Case Management system for management of joint work of employees allowing to connect an unlimited number of the employees using free accounts of a system to work.

All knowledge which arises in "office" business processes can and should be alienated from their carriers in order to avoid emergence of bottlenecks and "unique" "irreplaceable" employees whose departure to a holiday to Turkey leads to a stupor in work of the colleagues who remained on labor watch. The instrument of such alienation providing timely and stable execution by employees of the work is also the adaptive case management (ACM, Adaptive Case Management). When the new employee or when the employee replaces gone on leave comes to the organization, he receives a role of the employee whom it substitutes in a system, and, having logged in, sees before himself all tasks and all processes in which that participated - and continues to perform the same work, having all corporate information necessary for this purpose.

The opportunity of accumulation of corporate knowledge for their reuse given to PayDox Case Management is also very important. Successfully complete case containing valuable experience of collective work of employees is reset in a template library, a little ruled and cleaned for universality (insignificant information messages and discussions on a subject are removed "who is guilty and what to do", important instructions and control points are left) then the new case on this subject is created by one click. Then process repeats. As a result for each repeating project (signing of the contract, processing of the customer order, a design of a business trip of the employee, equipment procurement, etc.) the convenient template with the list of tasks, instructions, a set of checks and approvals, lists of contractors and document templates turns out. The replenished template library of cases also makes the corporate knowledge aloof from specific employees and saved in a digital format for all-corporate use.

In it real adaptivity of ACM also consists. And quite so it works in PayDox Case Management.

The free version of PayDox Team represents full-function version of the PayDox system with which 5 users can work with the expanded rights (Power Users), including system administrators, and an unlimited number of users with the public rights (Public Users). Users with the public rights can independently be registered in a system and immediately get to work.

PayDox Case Management implements the concept of ACM (Adaptive Case Management) and allows to automate the current processes of the enterprise without any labor-consuming initial setup – a system is downloaded and established in several minutes then it is ready to work.

Processing of questions and answers in corporate a case management as the instrument of control of responsibility of heads and contractors

In corporate life there is a set of questions which should be solved daily. If it is large questions (the choice of the supplier, the budget, etc.), then there are procedures (tenders, meetings of board). Smaller questions are regulated by memos, requests, etc. A set of the current questions are solved orally and by phone. When "blamestorming session" why this or that issue was resolved so, but not differently begins, it is necessary to lift a lot of documents or to remind employees (often to chiefs) what they told on this subject orally.

And, if processing of instructions, tasks, solutions (as a rule, lowered from top to down on hierarchy of the enterprise) often becomes in the company in some information system (electronic document management, a task management), then processing of the questions (going from below up hierarchy of the enterprise), set by employees to the chiefs and each other, usually is not automated in any way, at best everything is dumped in mail or in the unstructured corporate blog. And all current corporate activity depends on the received answers to questions. When the subordinated employee asks the chief as it is necessary to do a certain work, the answer 1) is obliged to be issued and 2) should remain in the history of execution of this case. This subject is rather important and connected with management of the purposes and otvetstvennost of staff of the company. Processing of the questions asked the chief by subordinates, and control of answers allows to construct a system in which it is possible to estimate the value and competence of heads objectively.

The functionality of PayDox Case Management on holding polls, approvals and votes also allows to support the qualitative level of management of corporate processes.
