The Central Bank revoked in the spring of 2015 the license from the Pacific Vneshtorgbank.

"The decision on application of a last resort of influence — revocation of license on banking operations — is accepted the Bank of Russia in connection with non-execution by credit institution of the federal laws regulating banking activity and also regulations of the Bank of Russia, value of standards of sufficiency of own means (capital) it is lower than 2%, decrease in the size of own means (capital) below the minimum value of the authorized capital set for date of state registration of credit institution, considering application of the measures provided by the Federal law "About the Central Bank Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)", the statement says.

Besides, according to the Central Bank, the credit institution conducted high risk policy and in 2014 was involved in carrying out the doubtful transactions connected with issue of means to legal entities and withdrawal of funds abroad.
