The Pacific Vneshtorgbank starts an EDMS implementation project

Pacific Vneshtorgbank started system implementation of electronic document management based on the E1 Euphrates system from Cognitive Technologies company. It became known on October 11, 2012.

Background

It is important to management of bank to provide safe document flow not only in branches of the Sakhalin region, but also during the work with other regions. It became the main factor for signing by Pacific Vneshtorgbank and Cognitive Technologies of the purchase agreement by bank of an electronic document management system "E1 Euphrates".

Solution

The project on system implementation "E1 Euphrates" in Pacific Vneshtorgbank started in September, 2012. Implementation is executed by the customer's forces with assistance of specialists of Cognitive Technologies.

According to preliminary estimates, system implementation "E1 Euphrates" will allow Pacific Vneshtorgbank to reduce time expenditure at approval of agreements and also to reduce the level of use of paper carriers by 15–18% already at the initial stage of use of a system.
