Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Thesis: "The organization of operational work of the railroad at a bezotdelenchesky management structure on the example of East Siberian Railway"^[1].

Career

1977 - 1982 - the person on duty in the ways, the person on duty, the probationer of the station manager, the senior assistant of the station agent, the acting as the deputy chief, the deputy chief of the station on operational work of the station Taishet of East Siberian Railway, Taishet of the Irkutsk region.
