According to him, the decision to automate a budgeting system for publishing house based on SAP products was made.
Project Progress
The project on implementation of the first SAP products began in 2009.
The SAP BPC system was brought into commercial operation in publishing house in January, 2012.
In total 15 licenses of a system for operation of the body of financial managers on planning and purchases were purchased.
Answering a question of integrator Vadim Kalinin told that implementation was made by own forces of five employees of one of departments of publishing house. "We looked at components and decided what quite can be made independently", - he told.
Cost
Vadim Kalinin said that project cost was 140-150 thousand euros without payroll accounting of employees for the period of implementation.
Objectives
Vadim Kalinin told TAdviser that in 2013 are going to pass to SAP HANA. "When the project will begin - it is not clear yet, but we precisely will pass to it, - he told. - Implementation will take at most 3-4 months".
Also the company is going to create models for calculation of planned costs for printing based on SAP.
