Dankvert Sergey Alekseyevich is the Russian statesman, the Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.

Biography

Russia^[1] was born on August 22, 1955 in Enotayevsk of the Astrakhan region (nowadays Yustinsky district of the Republic of Kalmykia)].

1972 - 1977 - the student of the Moscow institute of engineers of agricultural production of V.P. Goryachkin as "A mechanical engineer of agricultural production"^[2].

Charge of bribe racketing of $0.5 million

On May 28, 2020 it became known that the representative of the Polish company "Mlekovita" accused the head of Rosselkhoznadzor Sergey Dankvert of bribe racketing in the amount of $500 thousand for lifting of restrictions for deliveries of its products to Russia. Several mass media, including Interfax and Kommersant reported about it.

According to Ren-TV TV channel, the representative of Mlekovita addressed to the Moscow Ministry of Internal Affairs and reported that money required from the president of Mlekovita Darush Sapinski and his representative in Russia. Except Dankvert among involved in racketing his deputy Konstantin Savenkov is specified. The lawyer on a surname of Residents of Suzdal appears as the intermediary in the statement.

The head of Rosselkhoznadzor Sergey Dankvert was accused of bribe racketing in $0.5 million

Negotiations on an occasion of transfer of means allegedly took place in November, 2019. They took place to be at restaurant on Presnenskaya Embankment in Moscow. Upon the appeal to police investigation verification is begun.

Rosselkhoznadzor  said that information on racketing Dankvert of money at the management Mlekovita is not true. Department claims that earlier "similar complaints" to Dankvert from a certain citizen by the name of Sergeyev came to the State Office of Public Prosecutor. Meanwhile, Sergey Dankvert already  found to himself the lawyer: Anatoly Kucherena will represent his interests with respect thereto trial. The lawyer reported about it to Interfax.^[7]

Denial of the facts of racketing of $0.5 million

To Sergey Dankvert through diplomatic channels through Embassy of Poland the official letter from the chairman of the board of dairy cooperative "Mlekovita" in which information on allegedly existing racketing facts from representatives of the Russian department is denied came to the Russian Federation. It became known on June 2, 2020.

Sapinski reported that he with surprise apprehended the news which appeared in media that the representative of the company received the corruption offer from Rosselkhoznadzor. He emphasized that Mlekovita has no representatives in Russia. Besides, the staff of the company did not meet the staff of Rosselkhoznadzor and did not receive the offer on the solution of any questions with the Russian department, says Rosselkhoznadzor.

Distribution of false information, according to him, has an adverse effect on reputation of Mlekovita. Sapinski expressed readiness to participate in conducting investigation and search of distributors of improbable data. Dankvert submitted the application to the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of Moscow for the committed crime and involvement of guilty persons to responsibility for slander and obviously false denunciation. The application is submitted "from the citizen of the Russian Federation Dankvert Sergey Alekseyevich", not from Rosselkhoznadzor, the adviser Yulia Melano specified it.

Dankvert's interests in court will be represented by the lawyer Anatoly Kucherena. At the end of May a number of media was announced racketing of $500 thousand at the management of the Polish company "Mlekovita" of the high-ranking officials of Rosselkhoznadzor, including the head of service Dankvertom. Rosselkhoznadzor disproved these messages, having called them "obviously false data". The service reported that earlier similar complaints "came to the State Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation from there is nobody the citizen Sergeyev Ya.V., in them there was also a speech about racketing of means at the Polish company". As Kucherena reported Interfax, Dankvert submitted the corresponding application addressed to the chief of General Directorate of Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow Oleg Baranov.

A certain Yaroslav Sergeyev's statement - the inhabitant of the Moscow region in the State Office of Public Prosecutor in which he announced the fact allegedly racketings the head of Rosselkhoznadzor at the Polish company "Mlekovita" of $500 thousand for lifting of restrictions for deliveries of its products to the Russian Federation became a reason for the appeal to law enforcement agencies.

This statement Sergeyev and also other persons whose actions are positioned as actions of representatives of the Polish company distribute in the relation me, my deputy obviously false and untrue data, said in Dankvert's statement.

In this regard the head of Rosselkhoznadzor considers that criminal case under the article "Slander" (dissemination of obviously false data discrediting honor and the dignity of other person connected to charge of the person of commission of heavy or especially serious crime) should be brought. Besides, it is noted in Dankvert's statement as Sergeyev did not confirm the legal relation to Mlekovita company, signs of crime, namely obviously false denunciation are seen in its actions^[8].
