"KBE of the 21st century" starts preparation of terms of reference for creation of ASUP

The Galaktika corporation signed the agreement with JSC Design Office of Electroproducts of the 21st Century on development of terms of reference on creation of the automated control system for production which cornerstone the information system Galaktika AMM is.

Purposes of creation of a system

• reduction of term of accomplishment of orders;
• decrease in labor input of production management;
• performance improvement of work in production divisions.

Within the project it is supposed to solve the following problems:

1. Decrease in deficit at each subsequent production phase, reduction of idle time on a nomenclature absence reason from the previous link of an internal supply chain. For this purpose it is necessary:

• it is correct to define what needs to be made for each subsequent stage, i.e. to build operational management of a supply chain in the enterprise: supply – procurement production – machining – assembly (tests) - shipment for transfer of priorities and synchronization of work of production divisions, including service of providing, in real time);

• at production planning to perform assessment of necessary resources and to plan taking into account restrictions on the equipment, personnel and terms of ensuring production with necessary resources.

2. Reduction of the general time of production for the account:

• possibility of planning for production only of that nomenclature and in those volumes which are directly necessary for obligation fulfillment in the current temporary period, i.e. not to occupy the production resources necessary for implementation of more priority orders and not to create work in progress "deposit";

• reductions of time spent by the persons making decisions (chiefs of productions, sections, masters) on collecting, information processing and decision making, release of time of a managerial personnel for the organization of work of the subordinated production divisions.
