The Gamezone retail network implements technology means of operational accounting

LOGEN company completed an implementation project of a system of operational accounting in GAMEZONE network with use 1C: Retail, the press service of the customer reported on October 18, 2012.

To the project

The wide, quickly developing retail network, good selection of products - imposed high requirements to performance, reliability and sufficiency of analytical tools of an information system, smooth operation of processes of information exchange.

At the time of the beginning of works with LOGEN company the system of operational accounting covered all retail network, but was not integrated with accounting of group. As a result repeated input of primary documents and influence of "a human factor" did accounting excessively labor-consuming, and distinctions of analytics made impossible reconciliation of accounting and operational accounting.

LOGEN company is selected for the solution of a problem of integration of accounting and operational accounting on the recommendation of colleagues.

Solution

Within project implementation works are performed:

• Expertize of methodology of reflection of retail transactions in the accounting program is carried out;
• The actions plan on transfer of accounting on uniform normative – the reference information is developed;
• Plans of exchange between 1C: Retail and 1C: Accounting CORP, including accounting of acquiring transactions, accounting of gift and discount cards, accounting of credit operations are configured and tested.

Result

Now the information system is in production operation. Integration operational and accounting covers 15 jobs.
