The division of Henkel concern implements the Russian solution MRO

The Komm of IT company completed an implementation project of the information management system maintenance and repairs in JSC Henkel Bautekhnik (Ukraine). The TRIM-PMS system created on a software platform of TRIM is put into operation, the press service of concern reported on October 18, 2012.

Tasks

For achievement of ambitious goals the customer company defined a number of tasks, including - 15 percent reduction per unit of products in priority areas of energy consumption, consumption of water and waste recycling, decrease in level of accident rate by 20 percent.

It is possible to resolve assigned tasks only at system approach to management of operation, maintenance and repairs (MRO) of technology equipment and other physical assets of the company. In this regard in JSC Henkel Bautekhnik (Ukraine) the implementation project of the information management system of a MRO (MRO ISU) is initiated.

As a software platform of ISU of a MRO EAM/MRO system of TRIM from the Russian developer - NPP Spectec company is accepted. The Dnipropetrovsk company "Komm of IT" became the contractor in the project.

Solution

Specialists Komm of IT began works with inspection of business processes of the customer and development of the project documentation in May, 2012. With active assistance of specialists "Henkel Bautechnik (Ukraine)" certification of the equipment is carried out, the database of the MRO ISU system, uniform for four plants is created (Mr. Vyshgorod, the Kiev Region, Nikolaev, the Lviv Region, Mr. Balakley, the Kharkiv Region, Tsyurupinsk, the Kherson Region). At the moment the base contains descriptions of more than 600 items of equipment, 400 documents (graphics images, schemes, the managements, technical descriptions).

For creation of a system the solution TRIM-PMS - the standard platform for the organization and process automation of a MRO, the shrink-wrapped software product focused on accomplishment of economic projects is used. In fact TRIM-PMS is the fixed set of the program and methodical means, interconnected and ready to use, integrated by the uniform concept of the organization, carrying out, assessment and the analysis of the MRO system. In total 8 licenses to use TRIM-PMS were delivered to the customer.

The MRO ISU functions are entered into the operation mode consistently as users master them. Now are involved: scheduling of a MRO, maintaining magazine of defects, work with electronic archive of technical documentation, receiving forms of the reporting.
