The project management information system of GAU "Management of Highways of Perm Krai" is developed.

The Advanta Group company develops a project management information system of GAU "Management of Highways of Perm Krai".

The created solution at the moment represents a linking of three bases for data in construction and repair of roads:

the register of highways with a full range of characteristics; the register of construction and project contractors (their connection to a system is planned); register of construction projects, reconstruction, capital and running repair. Project lifecycle is provided as follows. Initially information on a status of highways gathers and the list of the roads which are subject to repair and reconstruction comes to light.

Each highway has the passport in which the main characteristics roads what sections are projected where there are SMR what sections are on a guarantee are shown.

According to the results of the analysis of roads, those which require repair and reconstruction come to light. They together with projects on construction of roads are started on stage FEAST. In a system the work plan on preparation of biddings forms and also the starting price of biddings is automatically calculated. At this stage the register of the PIR projects forms.

Further is defined what projects pass to a stage of SMR. The same way, as well as in PIR the auction is held, the register of the SMR projects forms. Further the contractor creates the work plan on SMR which is brought in a system, on it further there is a reporting in real time.

On the termination SMR the Guarantee stage on which departures and checks of the repaired and constructed sections of roads are performed begins. Here all revealed defects in a paving are entered that allows to create analytics on defects in cuts as it is expensive, and contractors.
