In Open Dialog company the solution on project management of preparation of conferences and forums based on the Advanta platform is created

The pilot project on creation of a corporate information system of project management based on the Advanta platform in Open Dialog company is implemented.

A system is used for project management of preparation of the conferences and forums implemented by the company. Any project on the organization of forums and conferences is planned in a system, and each department implements the works in a vista shot of the project of preparation of an action.

In addition to planning and control of project works, in a system the guidance loop is configured by customer relations. In this section the sales department conducts sales management of exhibition areas and forum places.

Here the placement booking system in hotel is organized: information on all nonresident participants at the event is included in the special reference book that allows to define the number of required hotel places accurately.

For the complex analysis of sales metrics on managers are filled: quantity of primary calls, quantity of secondary calls, the number of the signed agreements (on the internal/correspondence participation), paid amounts under agreements. As a result on the homepage of the project the graphic report on key indicators is placed.
