Advanta Group in a short time started a management system for a project portfolio based on the Advanta platform for AMAK group
The first stage of the project on creation of a corporate system of project management based on the Advanta platform for AMAK group is completed. Installation and setup of the information management system is as a result made by a project portfolio of the company.
A system is intended for management, both external construction projects, and projects on internal activity of the company. Including in a system the circuit of the organization of meetings on projects is configured: each meeting is planned in a system, the agenda in electronic form forms, all participants of the meeting receive the electronic invitation with indication of date, venues and the list of questions, at each participant this action is automatically displayed in the personal calendar. Upon termination of a meeting the electronic protocol forms, and the created tasks are built in the project plan.
Also in a system the financial circuit on projects is configured: in each project the planned budget forms, actual expenses on projects are brought and also there is a write-off of expenses on not project activity therefore the enlarged budget in general for group forms.
On the next stage of the project training of all users in the basic principles of work in a system, creation of step-by-step instructions on basic functions of a system and setup of additional circuits is supposed. Also next stage supposes development in group of methodology of project management: development of a system concept of project management in the company, development of schemes of the main business processes of project activity, creation of job descriptions on roles of project participants.
