Aiming to use in work modern management tools as projects in Stromek company the decision to construct the working model of a project management system based on the Advanta platform is made.

Within two days specialists of Advanta Group company configured the main functional system modules for a possibility of real work during trial operation. For testing modules of scheduling of projects, appointments responsible, control and condition monitoring of the project, management of documents of the project and discussion of working questions, the financial block and the block of monitoring of materials are prepared at accomplishment of SMR, the control block on the mastered amount of works.

The main object of a system is the Construction project where information on the course of the performed works, to their terms and the statuses is in real time displayed. Also information on a financial status, the used materials and and physical volumes of installation and construction works is filled.

At the moment a system is put into trial operation within one month. According to the results of trial operation the Stromek company will make the decision on implementation of a full-fledged implementation project of a project management system.
