In Sberbank Leasing company the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system is implemented, additional completions of a system are executed, the Antegra consulting company integrator in the corporate blog reported on October 19, 2012.

Preparation

In September, 2011 the company management of Sberbank Leasing makes the decision on transfer of field of personnel management and payroll on the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system. With the offer the company addressed in "Antegra consulting".

Earlier in Sberbank Leasing company the system not of the 1C family was used. The necessity of transition is caused by the fact that all forms of the reporting in this system were updated with a big delay.

Solution

The Antegra consulting company conducted a preproject research of business processes of customer company. Within the project from earlier used system the following data were transferred to the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system:

  • Opening balance on settlement with employees for the beginning of 2010;
  • Charges, deduction, payments and assessed contributions for 2010-2011;
  • All personnel history on employees and other personnel documents.

Integration of accounting and the main personnel information with the system of accounting not of the 1C family used in Sberbank Leasing company is implemented.

In the light of told it is worth reminding that TAdviser announced on July 26, 2010 an implementation project in the company of the solution Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Then the analysis of the offers which are available in the market from the companies Microsoft SAP, 1C "and some other suppliers", carried out by the customer was underlined. The decision on replacement of technologies of automation in this part of management accounting happened after two years. By the way, all implementation project then borrowed around four.

Result

Within the project training of staff of customer company in use of a system is provided, besides, specialists of integrator carry out preparation of interactive instructions for employees: about 80 videos are finished shooting and comments on use of the program are written.

In a project deliverable 21 workplaces are automated.
